This exercise program consists solely of body-weight exercises, so no expensive gym memberships are required, and no expensive exercise equipment either. To get the best from this routine you will need to exercise for 2 to 3 minutes at a time for maybe 5 or 6 times a day.
These are some of the body-weight exercises you should be concentrating on :
- Body-weight squats (and variations)
- Pushups (and variations)
